OVERVIEW
During the Fall of '22 and Spring of '23, I had the opportunity to work as a UX Design Intern at Ansys. Ansys specializes in developing multi-physics engineering simulation software for 3D product design, testing, and operations. Specifically, I was involved in the Discovery product, an enterprise software that empowers design engineers to explore ideas, iterate, and innovate by providing enhanced speed, accuracy, and an overall improved user experience for 3D modeling and simulation tasks.
MY TAKEAWAY
While engaging in collaborative project work, I had several realizations that profoundly impacted my approach. I discovered the significance of efficient work practices and the art of asking insightful questions. Moreover, I recognized the pivotal role of discipline in maintaining productivity and the transformative power of collaboration in driving innovation and achieving remarkable outcomes.
PROJECTS
During my tenure at Ansys, I actively participated in diverse projects encompassing visual design and user research. Collaboration became a regular practice as I worked alongside fellow interns, managers, and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
